Induction Hardened Chrome Plated Shaft

These rods are known as wear-resistant shafts, used in conjunction with linear bearings, offer stable motion performance and long-lasting durability, exhibiting excellent effectiveness as slide rails or guide rods.

Surface-plated shafts, due to their corrosion-resistant properties, are particularly suitable for use in humid or corrosive environments. Through electroplating, a metal coating is formed on the surface of the shaft, providing not only corrosion protection but also increased surface hardness, thereby further enhancing the service life and reliability of the components.

Commonly used in parts that demand elevated levels of wear and corrosion resistance, these shafts benefit from high-frequency heat treatment to enhance material hardness and wear resistance, while electroplating adds a layer of metal coating to the shaft surface, offering corrosion resistance and increased surface hardness. This combination extends the service life of the components, improving their operational efficiency and reliability.
